At Nebelix, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Digital products or downloadable content

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at ysonico030@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at ysonico030@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us and we will arrange a free return and send you the correct product as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us at ysonico030@gmail.com.
